All CrossFit WOD's begin 15 minutes after the class start time. Please use the first 15 minutes of the session to warm-up. If you arrive after the class has begun you will have to wait until the next class begins in order to participate. Tardiness is unacceptable...we pride ourselves on our ability to provide you with superior coaching. Please do not hinder our, your and other CrossFitters progress with the act of arriving late. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
