We teach methods that will significantly decrease your training time on the road and thus help to insure your running longevity. The occurrence of running injuries is often due to poor biomechanics coupled with little or no strength training. Crossfit Revolution is committed to developing fast and durable endurance athletes. This program is contrarian in nature and often conflicts with what the conventional running community espouses.
