Chicken Salad (Grapes, Walnuts, Celery)
Recipe Makes 4
servings ( 4 block meals)
Boil 16 oz Chicken Breast in chicken soup stock or water
Let the Chicken cool slightly and then chop or shred to
desired consistency
1 cups of seedless red grapes (halve if desired)
½ cup of diced celery
3 tablespoons of

) I buy this at Winn Dixie…it’s usually located in the Natural foods section…it’s good stuff.
1 quarter cup of chopped walnuts
Mix and enjoy…I love this recipe…its easy and
you can double or triple the portions above for leftovers. I eat it out of the
bowl…if you wanted to use bread you could drop the walnuts and have it on two
slices of whole grain bread or keep the nuts and lose the celery and grapes.
