Sure, it would be easy for our coaches to look the other way...let things slide...but its not in our nature. We strive to give every client excellent coaching, motivation and standards. This type of attention to detail cant be found in the "cattle call" programs that can be found on every corner! In our gym we focus on technique and virtuosity. At CF Rev we build personal relationships and hold you accountable. There are no shortcuts in our program...but if your willing to work hard and listen...we can help.
