 Great Job on Friday everyone...we had about 15 people represent CF Rev at the race Friday night. I had a great time and I hope we all do it again...soon! Fun on a bun!

Doctors are so retarded sometimes...how the hell this stuff happens is beyond me? I wish I was present for her initial 50 visits to the doc. Probably went something like this:

Girl: Hi Doc...I've had really bad diarrhea continuously for the past 16 years. It's becoming a bit of a problem.

Doc: I see...here is a prescription for Viagra, Benicar, Celebrex and Ambien CR. When your boner subside...we can treat your hypertension...then we'll head off your arthritis before it becomes debilitating...after that you should take a good 16hr nap.

Girl: Gee thanks...I guess?

Erin: 5 Rnds for time: 15 Split Cleans and 21 Pull-Ups

 Melissa rocking out the wod! You go girl!!! Friday afternoon we are all planning to run the Hit the Trails 5k over at fishhawk...I hope you all can make it? It starts at 7pm and we are going to have a causual bbq at Trey and Jen Newton's crib. There will not be a 6pm class on Friday.
