I wanted to thank everyone for coming out on Friday...lots of great people in our community make these type of events fun:) Great job by everyone who participated in the WOD and special congrats to Becky for rocking out her first muscle up!!! She is proof that hard work pays of...she's been after it for some time and never gave up...great job Becky:)
