One thing Crossfit offers that the globo gym doesn't...peer pressure! When a client see's someone else rocking out kipping pull ups or ring dips...you inevitable hear..."I want to do that!". If you put in the time and effort you'll get there...it happens every day at CFR. People will always be pushed by their peers...its an effective way to train. Peer pressure in the gym is a good thing...the software system we use to track our clients progress also act as a motivator.
