David B. Rocks out a muscle up Friday night! At CrossFit Revolution we teach you progressive skill sets that will help you become a better Crossfitter. We don't focus on specialized skills like the muscle up every day. Our focus is making you a strong, lean and neurologically superior athlete...the by product of this type of training is what you see in this photo. David is one of our most steady and dedicated Crossfitters (in addition to maintaining a demanding martial arts and high school schedule). David hasn’t attempted a muscle up in over a month...but he got strong both mentally and physically during that time...and when we revisited "30 muscle ups for time"... viola! David is just one example of the dedicated and hard working Crossfitters in our gym. Hard work, good coaching and superior attitude is what we are all about and it obviously works!
